NOVELTY - Granulating waste tire carbon black comprises (i) placing waste tire into the extruding device, taking out the steel wire doped in the waste tire by the magnet device, (ii) placing the rubber block into the cleaning device to clean impurities including crushed stone particles doped in the rubber block, (iii) cleaning in the cracking device for cracking to obtain cracking carbon and cracking oil gas, (iv) condensing and cooling, (v) preparing the alkaline solution, (vi) preparing granulation water, (vii) preparing a binder for mixing in the granulation water, (viii) preparing modified solution for modification, (ix) mixing the prepared granulating water and adhesive, (x) mixing granulated water mixed with adhesive with the prepared modified solution, (xi) adding modified solution in the mixed solution, (xii) placing the spare cracking carbon and granulating solution into the granulating device, and (xiii) drying the wet carbon black particles in the drying roller to remove water. USE - The method is useful for granulating waste tire carbon black. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures the adhesive performance, improves the pH value of the carbon black, reduces the ash content of the adhesive, ensures the quality of the carbon black granulation, prevents agglomeration problem when mixing the carbon box, and improves the conductivity of the carbon black. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Granulating waste tire carbon black comprises (i) placing the waste tire into the extruding device, taking out the steel wire doped in the waste tire by the magnet device to obtain the rubber block for cracking, (ii) placing the rubber block into the cleaning device to clean impurities including crushed stone particles doped in the rubber block, (iii) cleaning in the cracking device for cracking to obtain cracking carbon and cracking oil gas, (iv) cracking carbon after condensing and cooling for solid discharging, extracting the cracking carbon from the cracking device, and leaving, (v) preparing the alkaline solution for adjusting the pH value, (vi) preparing granulation water for granulation, (vii) preparing a binder for mixing in the granulation water, (viii) preparing modified solution for modification, (ix) mixing the prepared granulating water and adhesive, (x) mixing the granulated water mixed with adhesive with the prepared modified solution, (xi) adding the modified solution in the mixed solution in the previous step, fully mixing the granulation water and the modified solution to obtain the granulation solution, (xii) placing the spare cracking carbon and granulating solution into the granulating device, granulating in the granulating device to form wet carbon black particles, and (xiii) drying the wet carbon black particles in the drying roller to remove water.
