NOVELTY - Antistatic polyethylene gas pipe comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 3.5-7 pts. wt. antistatic master batch, 4- 8 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-9 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 30-35 pts. wt. aramid fiber, and 15 -20 pts. wt. carbon black, where the antistatic master batch comprises 4-5 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water and 1-2 pts. wt. long-acting antistatic agent. USE - Used as antistatic polyethylene gas pipe. ADVANTAGE - The gas pipe has strong and durable antistatic effect and high tensile strength of hot-melt part, and is not easy to break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of antistatic polyethylene gas pipe comprising drying the carbon black and polyethylene for 3-5 hours at 75-85℃, mixing the dried polyethylene and carbon black with antistatic master batch, anti-aging agent, flame retardant and aramid fiber evenly to obtain a mixture, pre-heating the machine barrel, extruding and molding the mixed material to obtain a tubular gas pipe, vacuum forming the gas pipe sequentially, spraying and cooling, marking, traction and cutting in sequence to obtain a finished product.
