▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of layered double-metal hydroxide by electrodepositing graphene surface comprises taking 50-100 mL anhydrous ethanol and 50-100 mL deionized water, mixing and stirring, orderly adding 0.25-2 g metal sulfate and 1-3 g supporting electrolyte, uniformly stirring to obtain precursor, adding in three-electrode electrolytic cell, adding 10-140 mg graphene, ultrasonically dispersing, taking silver/silver chloride as reference electrode, platinum sheet as working electrode and platinum screen as counter electrode, performing electro-deposition at 30degrees Celsius at -0.5 to -3.0 V for 10-100 minutes while keeping stirring speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm), washing deposition product with deionized water and ethanol for 3-5 times, centrifugally separating at speed of 5000-10000 rpm for 5-15 minutes, and drying at 50-80degrees Celsius. USE - The method is for preparing layered double-metal hydroxide by electrodepositing graphene surface used for metal corrosion and protection, electro-catalysis material, high performance super capacitor, industrial analysis and separation fields. ADVANTAGE - The prepared layered double-metal hydroxide has good bonding force with graphene substrate which solves the problem that the traditional technology is difficult to directly deposit the layered double-metal hydroxide on surface of common graphene by lacking of active group.
