▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anticorrosive paint comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 1-6 pts. wt. rust conversion agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 5-15 pts. wt. filler, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. rheological auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 20-30 pts. wt. water. USE - The anticorrosive paint is used as a passivation paint on the surface of a rusty base material and combines with a zinc-rich coating to form a composite coating as an anticorrosive layer (all claimed) for removing rust in maintenance process of bridges, electrical towers, petrochemical industries and large steel structures. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion paint can transform the rust on the steel substrate and form a shielding coating on the surface of the substrate to prolong the anti-corrosion life of the coating; and has good compatibility with zinc-rich coatings, and the formed composite coating has good electrochemical properties and plays a role of cathodic protection and can also be used with epoxy zinc-rich coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anticorrosive paint, comprising mixing the water and antifoaming agent, adding aluminum tripolyphosphate and filler, dispersing, adding part of the rust conversion agent and graphene, dispersing, adding aqueous resin to disperse, adding film-forming auxiliary agent and rheological auxiliary agent, dispersing, adding the remaining part of the rust conversion agent and dispersing.
