NOVELTY - The battery has a graphene thin film (1) and a two-side coated negative electrode (5) respectively laminated on a side of a cell from an outer potion to a middle portion, where quality of the graphene thin film containing oxygen is less than 1 percentage. The side-coated negative plate is same size as a double-sided coated negative electrode. A laminated electric core is laminated by outward, and stacked into the graphene thin film, a single-sided coated negative plate, a diaphragm and double-sided coated cathode. USE - Ternary pouch battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery quickly conducts current and heat away from the cell by the graphene thin film on an external layer as the graphene thin film provides super-high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity when the cell is subjected to external damage, so that danger caused by thermal runaway of material in the battery is relieved, and safety performance of the battery is improved.
