NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thermal conductive film comprises mixing aqueous solution of graphene oxide with catalyst to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, coating, drying graphene oxide dispersion to obtain graphene oxide film, reducing graphene oxide film to obtain graphene film, performing high-temperature graphitization treatment on graphene film and calendering. The catalyst is simple catalyst, alloy catalyst and/or compound catalyst. The simple catalyst is iron, copper, nickel, titanium, silicon, boron, zirconium, vanadium, molybdenum, chromium and/or manganese. The alloy catalyst is iron silicon alloy and/or titanium aluminum alloy. The compound catalyst is calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, ferrous oxide, ferric oxide, ferric oxide, ferric silicate, copper fluoride, copper chloride, copper oxide and/or copper hexafluorosilicate.
