▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-light non-silicon polyethylene terephthalate release film comprises polyethylene terephthalate (PET) release film base film and coating. The ultra-light non-silicon PET release film is formed by performing corona treatment on the surface of PET release film base film, subjecting the PET release film base film to surface dust removal treatment, and coating the coating on the surface of the PET release film base film to form film. The coating is composed of 27-31 wt.% polyacrylic resin having solid content of 18%, 8.4-9 wt.% polyacrylic resin having solid content of 22%, 0.55-0.61 wt.% polyisocyanate curing agent and toluene (balance amount). USE - Used as ultra-light non-silicon polyethylene terephthalate release film. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-light non-silicon polyethylene terephthalate release film: has light transmittance of greater than or equal to 88%, haze of less than or equal to 4%, adjustable release force in 20 minutes of 30-300 g/in, and more than 85% residual adhesion rate, and smooth surface; has no scratches, no obvious rainbow pattern, no missing coating and no coating spots; utilizes coating, which can effectively improve the antistatic properties, heat resistance and antibacterial properties of the release film; utilizes treatment solution of ethanol and glycerol for soaking process, which ensures the contact and bonding effect between the subsequent coating and the PET release film base film is better, and the adhesion is strong. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultra-light non-silicon PET release film, comprising (i) stirring nano-alumina, graphene, aqueous polyurethane resin, polyacrylic resin having solid content of 18%, polyacrylic resin having solid content of 22%, polyisocyanate curing agent and toluene as solvent, introducing it in a 200-mesh filter to obtain a slurry, which can be used within 3 hours, (ii) evenly coating treatment solution a on the surface of the PET release film base film, drying, soaking the PET release film base film in the treatment solution b for 72-78 hours, taking it out to dry, placing it into a wiped-film evaporator for wipe-film treatment to obtain PET release film base film with dense and uniform micropores on the surface, (iii) subjecting the PET release film base film obtained in step (ii) to corona treatment and dedusting treatment, (iv) coating the slurry in step (i) on the surface of the PET release film base film pretreated in step (iii) by using a honeycomb anilox roller, and (v) drying and curing, receiving and rolling the material to obtain final product.
