NOVELTY - The structure has a transition metal hydroxides nanosheet layer provided with a reduced graphene nano-tube, where the reduced graphene nano-tube is formed as hollow pipe-shaped structure and thickness and particle size of the transition metal hydroxides nanosheet layer about 5-20nm and 300-500 nm. The reduced graphene nano-tube is provided with reducing graphene and conductive polymer, where thickness and outer diameter of the reducing Graphene nano-tube are about 5-11 and 60-100 mue m. USE - Transition metal hydroxides-reducing graphene nano fiber electrode material structure for an ultra-capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure ensures excellent electrochemical performance, constant current charge and discharge performance, and has better flexibility under different bending degree and better wearing property.
