The reduced graphene nano-tube is provided with reducing graphene and conductive polymer, where thickness and outer diameter of the reducing Graphene nano-tube are about 5-11 and 60-100 mue m. USE - Transition metal hydroxides-reducing graphene nano fiber electrode material structure for an ultra-capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure ensures excellent electrochemical performance, constant current charge and discharge performance, and has better flexibility under different bending degree and better wearing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a transition metal hydroxides-reducing graphene nano fiber electrode material manufacturing method (2) an ultra-capacitor.
