▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene-containing microcapsules comprise capsule wall, which is a crosslinked membrane formed using an aqueous solution of sulfhydrylized graphene obtained by modifying a compound containing sulfhydryl and amino or bio-molecules, and core material, which is an oil phase loaded with hydrophobic drugs. The size of microcapsules is 0.2-30 mu m. USE - Functionalized graphene-containing microcapsules used in cladding of hydrophobic drugs. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene-containing microcapsules are capable of achieving controlled release of drugs, and have high drug loading capacity, and can be prepared by simple, easy, efficient and rapid method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of functionalized graphene-containing microcapsules, which involves ultrasonically radiating aqueous solution containing sulfhydrylized graphene and oil phase loaded with the hydrophobic drugs.
