NOVELTY - The charge detector has CCD (110) which is used for detecting electric charge. The electric charge detection area (111) is formed on the tip of the CCD, while barriers (112,113) are formed on both sides of the electric charge detection area of CCD. The area-source (114) and drain region (115) are respectively formed in the sides of the CCD having barrier. USE - Charge detector using graphene. ADVANTAGE - Measures an electric charge at the nano region since the CCD of charge detector is patterned by nano-size. Stabilizes the operation of CCD at room temperature since the CCD uses graphene material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the sectional view of the charge detector using graphene.
