▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for preparing high-dimensional network structure bipolar plate involves (S1) mixing a conductive filler and a free radical initiator to obtain a conductive filler mixture, (S2) mixing polyethylene particles with a reaction promoter to obtain a polyethylene mixture, (S3) mixing the conductive filler mixture and the polyethylene mixture with an antioxidant, extruding and granulating to obtain conductive plastic master batch, where polyethylene is crosslinked under the action of the free radical initiator and the reaction promoter in the melt extrusion process, and (S4) melting and blending the conductive plastic master batch and polyethylene granules, extruding and calendaring to obtain the bipolar plate. USE - The method for preparing high-dimensional network structure bipolar plate for zinc-bromine flow battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared bipolar plate effectively solves the problems of detachment between the bipolar plate, electrodes and carbon felt caused by swelling of the bipolar plate due to long-term working in a liquid environment, ensures stability of the flow battery, effectively absorbs impact energy when being impacted by outside with the help of three-dimensional network structure, improves toughness of the bipolar plate, and solves the problem of difficult assembly of the bipolar plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high-dimensional network structure bipolar plate for zinc-bromine flow battery comprising polyethylene with a three-dimensional network structure, where conductive filler is dispersed in the polyethylene.
