The control switch is set on shell side. The filter core is used to primarily filter waste gas. The filter core is set at shell lower opening. The activated carbon plate absorbs large particle dust and is respectively set in shell and corresponds to filter core upper portion. The first fan is set in shell and corresponds to activated carbon plate. The electrostatic plates absorbs fine dust. The electrostatic plate is set in shell and corresponds to first fan upper portion. The second fan is located in shell and corresponding to electrostatic plate upper portion. The catalytic micropore block is set in shell. USE - The processing device is used for waste gas for drying tobacco. ADVANTAGE - The device has reasonable design and simple structure, and can process waste gas generated by tobacco processing and sterilizing so as to avoid pollution to environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A device comprises shell (1). The upper portion and lower portion of shell are respectively formed with opening. The device further comprises control switch (2), filter core, activated carbon plate, first fan, electrostatic plates, second fan, catalytic micropore block, dust screen (4), UV lamp tubes, ozone generating device (3) and connecting pipe. The control switch is set on side of shell. The filter core is used for primarily filtering waste gas. The filter core is set at lower opening of shell. The activated carbon plate absorbs large particle dust and is respectively set in shell and corresponds to upper portion of filter core. The first fan is set in shell and corresponds to activated carbon plate. The electrostatic plates absorbs fine dust. The electrostatic plate is set in shell and corresponds to upper portion of first fan. The second fan is located in shell and corresponding to upper portion of electrostatic plate. The catalytic micropore block is set in shell and corresponding to upper portion of second fan. The dust screen is set on upper opening of shell. The UV lamp tubes are set between catalytic micropore plate and second fan. The ozone generating device is set on one side of shell. The ozone and waste gas enter into catalytic micropore block, is irradiated by UV lamp tube, synergistic oxidation reacts for peculiar smell gas substance degradation into low molecular compound, water and carbon dioxide and discharges through upper opening of shell. The connecting pipe is connected with shell. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a using method of device.
