▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A medical container (1) comprises a tubular barrel (10) defining the reservoir for a medical product. The barrel is provided with a scale that has graduations indicative of an injected volume or a remaining volume of the medical product, and a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (4). The RFID tag has an antenna (42) that forms, follows or overlays with a portion of the scale. It has a chip, where the chip and the antenna are applied on a transparent substrate. The chip and the antenna are formed by ceramic metallic printing, metallic printing or graphene printing, etching or stamping. The antenna has anyone of a straight line, or a sine, a square, a triangle, a sawtooth or a pulse waveform. USE - Medical container e.g. medical injection device such as pre-fillable or prefilled syringe, for a medical product i.e. injection device. ADVANTAGE - The antenna forms, follows or overlays with a portion of the scale permits to increase the antenna length, thus improving the reading range. The device alleviates the above-mentioned drawbacks by allowing an efficient individual identification of a medical container with a limited impact on visual inspection. The substrate allows maintaining the chip and the antenna together, and the substrate's transparency aims at further limiting the impact on the medical container visual inspection, and thus, the substrate is provided with an adhesive for attachment of the radio frequency identification (RFID) tag to the barrel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for manufacturing a medical container. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a medical container.
