NOVELTY - Highly stable water-based polyethersulfone dispersion, comprises 20-60 pts. wt. polyethersulfone resin, 8-40 pts. wt. additives, 45-90 pts. wt. water, and 10-40 pts. wt. aprotic solvent. USE - The water-based polyether sulfone dispersion is useful for preparing aqueous dispersion liquid, which is useful in coating. ADVANTAGE - The water-based polyether sulfone dispersion liquid has high stability, no layering and large precipitation, good adhesion, high hardness and very good fluidity, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance and yellowing resistance. The method is simple, and the addition of the auxiliary agent in the application can greatly avoid the damage to the poly ether sulfone molecular chain structure in the grinding process, so as to have excellentyellowing resistance in the downstream product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the high-stability water-based polyethersulfone dispersion comprising (i) mixing auxiliary agent, water and aprotic solvent, and (ii) adding the polyethersulfone resin to the mixture, transferring it to the integrated grinding, dispersing and stirring machine for stirring, dispersing and grinding to obtain the final product.
