NOVELTY - Nano preservative bag material comprises 1000-1200 pts. wt. high pressure polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. wheat stone powder, 10-25 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-chitosan, 5-12 pts. wt. acrylic ester, 1-3 pts. wt. nano graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. plant extracting agent and 1-2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The material is useful for keeping the fruit and vegetable fresh for more than 30 days (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bag material has 0.03-0.06 mm film thickness, 38-40 MPa longitudinal tensile strength, 33-35 MPa transverse tensile strength, 22-25g/(m2x 24 hours) moisture permeability and 9700-9750cm2 (m2x 24 hours x 0.1 MPa) oxygen transmission rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the material, comprising (a) mixing and stirring nano-chitosan, acrylate, and nano-graphene for 1-2 minutes, and reacting the mixed solution in an ultrasonic environment for a specific period of time to obtain modified nano-graphene, (ii) mixing the modified nano-graphene with high-pressure polyethylene, wheat stone powder, nano-titanium dioxide, plant extracts, and auxiliary agents for 20-30 minutes, mixing uniformly, and sending to a granulator to be extruded into granules, and (iii) feeding the particles into a plastic film blowing machine, producing the film material roll by blow molding, and introducing into the plastic bag making machine; and (2) use of the material for keeping the fruit and vegetable fresh for more than 30 days, which can be sealed.
