▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a detector arranged on a nano-antenna array that is arranged with a surface of a first graphene layer. The first graphene layer is arranged on a waveguide part. The nano-antenna array is connected with a tunable directional waveguide signal detector for detecting work wave band of optical signal. The tunable directional waveguide signal detector is coupled to the waveguide part. The graphene layer is arranged on the tunable directional waveguide signal detector under effect of external voltage. The nano-antenna array is provided with two antenna elements, where distance between the antenna elements is in specific range. USE - Graphene and nano antenna array based tunable directional waveguide signal detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector improves tunable directional waveguide signal detecting speed under effect of an external voltage so as to ensure signal detecting flexibility.
