N,N-dimethyl formamide, 1-5 pts. wt. biological active glass, 4-8 pts. wt. polycaprolactone and 1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent USE - Biocompatible polylactic acid composite material for high molecular material field. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good biological compatibility, and each raw material is dispersed well in the polylactic acid base material and does not affect the mechanical performance of polylactic acid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of biocompatible polylactic acid composite material comprising uniformly mixing and stirring polylactic acid, glycan, hydrogel and nucleating agent, adding in drying device, heating to 65-85degrees Celsius, vacuum drying, cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture A with water content of less than 0.2%, adding N,N-dimethyl formamide, modified polyvinyl alcohol, polycaprolactone; antioxidant and toughening agent, adding into high-speed stirring device, continuously stirring at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture B, adding mixture B from main feeding port into extruding device, adding biological active glass from side feeding port into extruding device, mixing, and extruding and granulating at first area temperature of 220-240degrees Celsius, second area temperature of 220-230degrees Celsius, third area temperature of 210-230degrees Celsius, fourth area temperature of 200-220degrees Celsius and fourth area temperature of 200-220degrees Celsius at screw rotating speed of 200-300 rpm and drying temperature of 60-80degrees Celsius.
