NOVELTY - The device has liquid outlet pipes that are all provided with liquid outlet holes, and movable plates (10) that are installed at a front end of a box casing (25). A bottom plate (17) is installed at the lower end of the bottom column, and a power cord (24) is connected to a lower portion of a right side of the box casing.
