NOVELTY - Micro-structural optical fiber electro-optic modulator based on VECSEL laser array comprises circuit board (1), control chip (2), voltage-voltage-electrode laser (3), VECSEEL laser (4), V ECSEL Laser, sheet electrode (7), sheet electrodes and, sheet electrode, sheet electrode and sheet electrode. A metal wires are connected together. The micro-structure optical fiber is fixed on optical fiber slot, and graphene covering area of light field leakage. USE - The micro-structure optical fiber electro-optic modulator based on VECSEL laser array for photonic integrated and optical fiber communication system.
