NOVELTY - Preparing coating comprises e.g. adding chlorinated polyester in stirred tank, adding triethanolamine, stirring, slowly and dropwisely adding water in stirred tank to form uniform solid content, heating latex of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, slowly adding aminated graphene oxide, stirring, adding styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer emulsion, accelerator, filler, and curing agent to three-roll mill, heating, grinding, and uniformly mixing chlorinated polyester microemulsion with dispersant, defoamer, thickener and film-forming aid to obtain paint slurry, where the materials comprises 60-65 wt.% chlorinated polyester microemulsion, 15-20 wt.% polystyrene latex, 3-5 wt.% thickener, 5-7 wt.% dispersant, and film-forming aids (balance). USE - The method is useful for preparing coating in wet chlorine gas, chlorine water and other production device, chlorine dioxide bleaching device, chemical storage tanks, and pipelines, and in marine atmosphere and high temperature, ships, offshore platforms, and oil pipelines. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has improved toughness and improved impact resistance, excellent resistance to oxidizing acid and wet chlorine gas and other oxidizing media environments, which is resistant to chlorine-containing chemical media, i.e. hydrochloric acid and chlorine gas; and is suitable for long-term anticorrosion of steel structures in many environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing coating comprises (i) adding chlorinated polyester in stirred tank, adding 0.9-1 wt.% triethanolamine, stirring at stirring speed of 2500-3000 revolutions/minutes, slowly and dropwisely adding water in stirred tank to form uniform solid content of 40-45% chlorinated polyester microemulsion, (ii) heating latex of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer with solid content of 42% to 65-70℃, slowly adding aminated graphene oxide, stirring for 2-3 minutes at speed of 15000-16000 revolutions/minutes to obtain styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer emulsion, where the ratio of aminated graphene oxide to styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer latex is 23-25:3, (iii) adding 45-50 pts. wt. styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 14-16 pts. wt. filler, and 5-7 pts. wt. curing agent to three-roll mill, heating at 75-85℃, grinding for 5-10 minutes to obtain solidified glue, and (v) uniformly mixing chlorinated polyester microemulsion with dispersant, defoamer, thickener and film-forming aid to obtain paint slurry, where the materials comprises 60-65 wt.% chlorinated polyester microemulsion, 15-20 wt.% polystyrene latex, 3-5 wt.% thickener, 5-7 wt.% dispersant, and film-forming aids (balance).
