▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene ink comprises graphene, auxiliary agent, conductive filler with high length-diameter ratio and dispersing medium, where the dispersion medium comprising low boiling point solvent, the high length-diameter ratio conductive filler comprising conductive filler with length-diameter ratio greater than 1500, and the auxiliary agent is cellulose substance. USE - The graphene ink is useful in screen printing, super capacitor or sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink: has good conductive and thermal conductivity; and is economical. The method: is simple, has easy amplification production and special patterning customized design advantages. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene ink comprising (i) adding the graphite to the auxiliary agent/dispersing medium solution to obtain the graphite dispersion liquid, (ii) homogenizing and emulsifying, shearing and mixing the graphite dispersion liquid to obtain the pre-treated graphite dispersion liquid, (iii) adding the pre-treated graphite dispersion liquid into a high pressure micro-jet homogenizer for high pressure peeling and dispersing, then adding high length-diameter ratio conductive filler, continuously performing high pressure peeling and dispersion.
