NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film involves providing two immiscible solutions (s1) and (s2), adding solution (s1) to solution (s2), uniformly spreading solution (s1) on the surface of solution (s2), forming stable uniform thin film layer, treating reaction solution and obtaining graphene film. USE - Preparation of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene film having controlled size, and high quality and large area, using simple equipment.
