NOVELTY - Aqueous two-component epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 0.8-1.3:1, where component A comprises 40-80 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.7 pts. wt. thickener, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 4-8 pts. wt. curing agent. The component B comprises 15-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-10 pts. wt. polyaniline-graphene oxide composite slurry, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-rust agent and 3-10 pts. wt. water. USE - The aqueous two-component epoxy zinc-rich coating is useful in metal corrosion protection (claimed), and also useful in steel pipe, storage tank, steel structure and container. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous two-component epoxy zinc-rich coating has good corrosion resistance, large adhesive force and impact resistance, flexibly controls adding amount of the zinc powder to balance the cost and performance according to the actual application scene of the coating, and is suitable for large-scale production and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of aqueous two-component epoxy zinc-rich coating, comprising (1) evenly mixing the film-forming auxiliary agent and thickener, adding dispersant, anti-settling agent and curing agent, mixing uniformly, adding zinc powder, and mixing uniformly to obtain component A, and (2) mixing the epoxy resin and polyaniline-graphene oxide composite slurry, adding water to adjust the viscosity, adding anti-flash rust agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain component B, and packing to obtain aqueous two-component epoxy zinc-rich coating.
