NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-based crystalline silicon fleece additive comprises 94-100 pts. wt. 0.1-2% graphene oxide dispersion and 0-6 pts. wt. organic reagent comprising pentaerythritol, anhydrous sodium acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, isopropanol, absolute ethanol, n-butanol, diethylene glycol, isobutanol, ethylene glycol, n-propanol, ethylene glycol ethyl ether, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, triethanolamine, tartaric acid and silane coupling agent. USE - Graphene oxide-based crystalline silicon fleece additive for solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene oxide-based crystalline silicon fleece additive, which involves mixing graphene oxide dispersion and organic reagent and ultrasonically dispersing at frequency of 100-750 Hz for 10-120 minutes.
