▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrode has a conductive layer provided on a polymer layer (140) and forming an XY layer of a capacitive pressure sensor. A conductive polymer layer and a dielectric foam layer are co-extruded. The coextruded layers of the capacitive pressure sensor are formed. The XY layer and the co-extruded layers are press-rolled together for forming a multi-layer electrode. Electrically conductive ink (122) is printed onto the polymer layer and selected from a group consisting of silver, graphene, carbon, and indium tin oxide. The conductive polymer layer is formed of polyethylene terephthalate. USE - Multilayer electrode for a capacitive pressure sensor of a printer e.g. rotogravure printer and roll-to-roll printer. ADVANTAGE - The electrode applies adhesive between a mutual capacitance sensor layer and a coextruded layer prior to pressure rolling such that adhesion between the mutual capacitance sensor layer and the coextruded layers can be enhanced in a cost-effective manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a printer. Printer (10) Rollers (100, 110) Ink reservoir (120) Electrically conductive ink (122) Polymer layer (140)
