NOVELTY - Electromotive power quantum generator in parallel graphene plans due to pulsed electric field comprises electric power generation device, fem, due to application of electrical pulse on electrode (5) that promotes quantum interactions (electronic orbitals, electric charges and Dirac cone) and magnetic field flow between at least two planes (n planes) of first graphene layer (1), second graphene layer (2) superimposed parallel and close together forming small angle of rotation between planes. A device is provided with loop (4) or bonina, on second graphene layer or between first and second graphene layers. A device is provided with electrode connected to electric pulse generator (6) that has function of generating external electric field that will interact with electronic orbitals, with electrical charges and with Dirac cone of overlapping first and second graphene layers. USE - Used as electromotive power quantum generator in parallel graphene plans due to pulsed electric field. ADVANTAGE - The generator is safe, and has robustness and increased power.
