▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing oxide graphite raw material by using potassium ferrate, phosphorus pentoxide, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and potassium permanganate as intercalation agents, and potassium ferrateis used as catalytic oxidant. The all substances are mixed at 54-56degrees Celsius high-speed stirring for 1.8-2.2 hours to obtain a pre-mixed oxidation graphite. Concentrated sulfuric acid is poured into a reaction kettle dry using an ultrasonic ice bath, cooling to a temperature lower than 4degrees Celsius with high-frequency ultrasonic oxidation. The obtained pre-mixed oxidant and oxidant are uniformly mixed. Deionized water is added for preparing oxidized graphene. Modified quartz sand is prepared. Quartz sand is washed with a mechanical scrubbing machine. USE - Method for preparing graphene-skid wear-resistant modified material used in metal preparation field. Uses include but are not limited to transparent touch display screen, light emitting plate, solar panel, ultra-micro-transistors and supercomputers. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with good reducing effect and dispersing effect, little defect, low price and low cost, easy to peeling peeling, and improved yield. The method is simple, convenient to use, and suitable for mass production. The wear resistance and the anti-skid property of the graphite are reinforced by adding the modified quartz sand. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of a method for preparing a graphene-skid wearable modified material. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
