NOVELTY - Preparing regenerated cellulose film based on phosphoric acid solution, comprises adding 81-85 wt.% cellulose into phosphoric acid aqueous solution to mix uniformly, placing for a period of time under the condition of -30 to -10 degrees C to obtain the cellulose solution, deaerating the cellulose solution to obtain transparent cellulose solution, coating the transparent cellulose solution on the substrate, scraping or rolling into gel film, placing in coagulation bath to pre-stretch the gel film to form cellulose gel film, using de-ionized water to remove residual phosphoric acid and naturally drying to obtain the high strength regenerated cellulose film, where the polymerization degree of the cellulose in the cellulose solution is 500-2000 and the concentration of the cellulose in the cellulose solution is 5-15%. USE - The method is useful for preparing regenerated cellulose film based on phosphoric acid solution. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly. The prepared regenerated cellulose film has excellent mechanical property, high transparency, very large potential in the application field of cellulose material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for regenerated cellulose membrane, where the structure of the regenerated cellulose membrane is compact, and the tensile strength is more than 150 MPa.
