NOVELTY - The composite material comprises nanometer zinc oxide and graphene. Graphene has 0.1-10 wt.% based on the 100 wt.% total weight of the composite material. USE - Composite material for thin film of quantum dot LED (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Reduces possibility of exciton annihilation and improves luminous efficiency of device since transfer of electrons to valence band of quantum dots is avoided.
