NOVELTY - A polyaniline modified graphene electric conduction composite film comprises polyaniline modified graphene oxide film and hydroiodic acid. The polyaniline modified graphene oxide film is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide into diluted hydrochloric acid solution, adding aniline monomer, ultrasonically stirring, uniformly dispersing, adding into ammonium sulfate powder, initiating in situ polymerization, continuously reacting, ultrasonically treating, centrifuging, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging, ultrasonically dispersing, heat preserving, forming thin film, and drying. USE - Polyaniline modified graphene electric conduction composite film. ADVANTAGE - The product has good dispersibility and high conductivity. The method is simple, and has low cost and no toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyaniline modified graphene electric conduction composite film comprises 1 pt. wt. polyaniline modified graphene oxide film, and 5-30 pts. wt. hydroiodic acid. The polyaniline modified graphene oxide film is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide into diluted hydrochloric acid solution, adding aniline monomer, ultrasonically stirring at 10-30 degrees C for 1-5 hours, uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed system, adding into ammonium sulfate powder, initiating in situ polymerization, keeping at 10-30 degrees C, continuously reacting for 3-10 hours, ultrasonically treating under stirring condition, centrifuging, ultrasonically dispersing precipitate into dilute hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, ultrasonically dispersing precipitate into dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water to obtain polyaniline modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid, heat preserving at 80-100 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, forming thin film, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyaniline modified graphene electric conduction composite film comprising: (A) dispersing graphene oxide into diluted hydrochloric acid solution, adding aniline monomer, ultrasonically stirring at 10-30 degrees C for 1-5 hours, uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed system, and adding into ammonium sulfate powder; (B) initiating in situ polymerization, keeping at 10-30 degrees C, continuously reacting for 3-10 hours, ultrasonically treating under stirring condition, centrifuging, ultrasonically dispersing precipitate into dilute hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, and ultrasonically dispersing precipitate into dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water to obtain polyaniline modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid; and (C) heat preserving at 80-100 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, forming thin film, drying to obtain polyaniline modified graphene oxide film, adding 5-30 pts. wt. hydroiodic acid, reducting under light-shielding condition at 10-30 degrees C for 12-24 hours, washing using deionized water, and vacuum drying.
