▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Bionic layered graphene/perylene bisimide derivative heat-conducting film comprises structure similar to "brick mud" layered structure of a shell, where the graphene sheet serves as a matrix "brick" and perylene bisimide derivative generates a pi - pi stacking effect with graphene by a non-covalent bond effect and acts as an adhesive "mud" for bridging the graphene sheet. USE - The film is useful in an application of thermal interface materials and other electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The film has improved longitudinal heat conductivity and mechanical property, adopts simple preparation process, has high heat conductivity coefficient and environmental protection and is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the film involving (i) mixing graphene aqueous dispersion liquid and perylene bisimide derivative in a mass ratio of 50:(0.5-25), mixing, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, carrying out suction filtration to form a semi finished product of film and pressing the semi finished product at a mechanical pressure of 8-15 MPa for 5-10 minutes to obtain the film.
