▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a source electrode and drain electrode respectively formed with a chromium layer and a gold layer. The gold layer is overlapped above the chromium layer. A single layer graphene channel is formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode based on wet transfer of physical vapor deposition growth. A grid is modified as a glassy carbon electrode by using a gold and a graphene nano-composite particle, where thickness of the chromium layer is measured for about 0.3-1 nm and thickness of the gold layer is measured for about 30-100 nm. USE - Body fluid glucose glucose enzyme-free electrochemical transistor sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, less detection limit and wide detection range, and can realize rapid detection of body fluid glucose.
