▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A light-based gas sensor comprises a substrate, a light absorption layer made of group III-V compound semiconductor nanowires on the substrate and absorbing light, a graphene conductive layer formed on at least one of above and below the light absorption layer and having electrical conductivity, and a change in resistance formed in the graphene conductive layer by redox reaction between electrons and holes formed by light absorption of the light absorption layer at room temperature and gas molecules through the graphene conductive layer to generate the gas metal electrode to detect. USE - Light-based gas sensor used for wearable device and portable device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-based gas sensor can detect specific gas in atmosphere even at room temperature using the group III-V compound semiconductor nanowire and the graphene conductive layer that absorbs light having wavelength in UV to near-infrared range so as to manufacture devices requiring wearable or portable characteristics.
