NOVELTY - The preparation of flexible bendable aluminum ion battery involves adding graphene oxide to solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide solution, extruding graphene oxide solution from spinning head into rotating coagulation bath, filtering to collect coagulation bath, placing fused graphene fibers in coagulation bath to obtain oxidized graphene, placing oxidized graphene in reduction environment, reducing to obtain graphene cloth, using graphene cloth as positive electrode, and assembling diaphragm, negative electrode, electrolytic solution and battery shell. USE - Preparation method of flexible bendable aluminum ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of aluminum ion battery at reduced cost in environmentally-friendly manner, and is suitable for mass industrial continuous controlled production, and the battery has high energy density, power density, cycle life, high flexibility, and high bending ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of flexible bendable aluminum ion battery involves (1) adding graphene oxide to solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 0.1-20 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, (2) extruding the graphene oxide solution from 30-500 mu m spinning head into a rotating coagulation bath, (3) filtering to collect coagulation bath, placing fused graphene fibers in the coagulation bath to obtain oxidized graphene, placing oxidized graphene in reduction environment, reducing to obtain high conductivity graphene cloth, (4) using graphene cloth as positive electrode, and assembling diaphragm, negative electrode, electrolytic solution and battery shell.
