NOVELTY - Preparation of environmentally-friendly flame-retardant PVC/graphene composite material involves preparing flame retardant modifier by condensation reaction of dibenzyl phosphoramidate and 2-chloroethyl sodium sulfonate, carrying out non-covalent modification of graphene oxide by using the flame-retardant modifier to obtain flame-retardant enhanced graphene, mixing PVC, the flame-retardant enhanced graphene, plasticizer and heat stabilizer, carrying out melt extrusion, cooling and granulating. USE - Preparation of the environmentally-friendly flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material used in rail transit decorative film processing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the flame retardant property of the PVC by compounding prepared flame-retardant enhanced graphene with PVC, improves the environmental protection when flame retardant performance is exerted. The polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material has excellent decorative function, flame retardant effect, mechanical property, enhances decorative film, reduces volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission in the use process of the decorative film, improves the environmental protection property of the decorative film, so the composite material is suitable for the rail transit environment.
