NOVELTY - A net cloth is obtained by weaving core-sheath composite monofilament, and finishing with finishing agent. The monofilament comprises an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer covers outer periphery of the inner layer, and cross-sectional profile of the outer layer is circular. The ratio of cross-sectional area of inner layer and outer layer is 8:(3-5). The inner layer includes 90-98 pts. wt. nylon 10T, 3-8 pts. wt. nylon 6, 5-8 pts. wt. thermally expandable microspheres, 3-5 pts. wt. ceramic hollow micro-beads and 2-3.5 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate. The outer layer comprises 4-8 pts. wt. nylon 10T, 95-100 pts. wt. nylon 6, 5-9 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyurethane elastomer, 3-5 pts. wt. carboxylated double-walled carbon nanotubes, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. nano silica and 4-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene. The net cloth has mesh area of (2-4) mmx (2-4) mm and gram weight of 100-140 g/m2. USE - Net cloth. ADVANTAGE - The net cloth has excellent water resistance, durability, thermal-insulating property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the net cloth, which involves separately weighing the raw materials of the inner layer and outer layer, separately mixing raw materials, adding inner layer mixed material to a twin-screw extruder to melt into an inner layer mixed melt, adding outer layer mixed material to another twin-screw extruder to melt into outer layer mixed melt, adding inner layer mixed melt and outer layer mixed melt to composite spinning machine, ejecting from composite spinneret, forming a wire rod with an inner layer and an outer layer structure, cooling, stretch winding, weaving, and finishing resultant product with the finishing agent.
