NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) adding waste plastic into the interior of the crusher, (ii) conveying the collected plastic through the conveying system into the ceramic ball mill for grinding, (iii) adding auxiliary agent into the grinder, at the same time, grinding at the rotating speed of the 22-30r/min, and the grinding environment in the ball mill is 120-150°C, continuously grinding, grinding the material in ball mill to about 3um size, (iv) transporting the collected 3um left and right plastic particles in S4 through the pipeline to 3um of the filtering device, filtering the plastic particles of 3um, and collecting plastic particles below 3um for more than 3um plastic particles, (v) transporting unqualified plastic particle product is conveyed back to the inner part of the ball mill through the sealing conveying systems, and then grinding again, so as to repeatedly circulate. USE - Manufacturing method for plastic recycled materials to realize the functionality and usability of materials. ADVANTAGE - The plastic recycling material has excellent workability, functionality and workability of new material manufacturing process, and reduces the waste of the plastic, and improves the economic benefit of the whole.
