NOVELTY - High-temperature environment-resistant battery diaphragm comprises polyalkenylpyridine materials, where the polyalkenylpyridine materials are formed by polymerizing alkenylpyridine monomers (I). USE - The battery diaphragm is useful in lithium-ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery diaphragm: has relatively high mechanical strength, excellent thermal shrinkage rate than that of polyolefin film, and fast electrolyte infiltration rate, which is more efficient in the production and processing of batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-temperature environment-resistant battery diaphragm comprises polyalkenylpyridine materials, where the polyalkenylpyridine materials are formed by polymerizing alkenylpyridine monomers of formula (I). R = alkyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing high-temperature environment-resistant battery diaphragm, comprising (S1) dissolving 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. alkenylpyridine monomer in toluene to form solution, adding 0.02-0.4 pt. wt. metallocene catalyst, controlling the reaction temperature at 20-25 ℃, reacting for 12-18 hours, dropping methanol to quench, adding n-hexane to stir and allowing to stand, washing and suction filtering to obtain white polyalkenylpyridine material, and (S2) dissolving the polyalkenylpyridine material prepared in step S1 in N,N-dimethylformamide or N,N-dimethylacetamide to prepare spinning solution, then preparing the spinning solution into a polymer film by electrospinning to obtain battery diaphragm that can be used in high-temperature working environment; and Lithium-ion battery comprising an anode material, a cathode material, an electrolyte and the battery diaphragm.
