NOVELTY - Preparing egg white-graphene oxide self-assembled composite material involves preparing 1 to 10 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, preparing 0.01-1 g/mL egg white dispersion, stirring the graphene oxide dispersion into the egg white dispersion, ultrasonically mixing to obtain a mixed solution, moving the mixture to a hydrothermal reaction kettle at 50-200 degrees C. The hot reaction of the lower water is 1-8 hours, naturally cooled to room temperature, and dried to obtain egg white-graphene oxide self-assembled composite material. USE - Method for preparing egg white-graphene oxide self-assembled composite material for preparing adsorbent to adsorbing rare earth ions in aqueous solution and preparing modified electrode for recognition of amino acid enantiomer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare egg white-graphene oxide self-assembled composite material which effectively realizes complementary advantages, improves oxidation graphene and avoids the hydrothermal reaction after rupture and scattering problem during the drying process of the graphene oxide.
