▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves adopting jet strengthening technique to strengthen the surface of the hole. The hole is extruded and reinforced by the extruding technique. The method specifically comprises providing a jet strengthening device, and fixing the hole-containing structure on a machine tool, introducing a jet medium into the jet strengthening device, and aligning the nozzle of the jet strengthening device with the surface of the hole, and the jet medium is sprayed out from the nozzle at a predetermined pressure and speed, so as to finish the strengthening of the hole surface. The jet medium comprises graphene, water, soybean oil, corn oil and/or peanut oil. USE - The method is useful for composite strengthening process for improving fatigue life of hole-containing structure. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively improving hole extrusion surface quality and residual compressive stress of a hole wall so as to improve fatigue life.
