▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-containing conductive electrostatic polystyrene foam material is obtained by polymerizing styrene monomer and graphene. The content of graphene is 0.4-1 wt.% with respect to total weight of styrene monomer and graphene. USE - Graphene-containing conductive electrostatic polystyrene foam material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables graphene-containing conductive electrostatic polystyrene foam material with surface resistance of 106-108 degrees C, flame retardant grade of B1 level or less, thermal conductivity decreased from 0.039-0.042 W/(m.K) to 0.03-0.034 W/(m.K) and drawing characteristics improved from 90 kPa to 2200-260 kPa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing conductive electrostatic polystyrene foam material, which involves preparing graphene/styrene syrup by stirring 0.4-1 %mass graphene styrene dispersion in high-speed mixer for 30 minutes and grinding mixture for 0.5-2 hours, to obtain graphene styrene slurry, preparing graphene mixing graphene styrene slurry, water and dispersant in reactor, adding low-temperature initiator, heating mixture, adding high-temperature initiator, reacting at constant temperature for 5-8 hours, adding foaming agent, heating mixture at 105-130 degrees C for 2-6 hours, removing reaction material by filtration and drying mixture.
