NOVELTY - Graphene modified adhesive comprises 22-28 pts. wt. polyurethane, and 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide comprising hydroxyl group and carboxyl group. USE - Graphene modified adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive prevents agglomeration graphene, and improves adhesive property, mechanical property, and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified adhesive comprising: (A) mixing 1 pt. wt. oxidized graphene and proper organic solvent, dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid at 78-82 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, adding 6.6-8.1 pts. wt. polyisocyanate and graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring, reacting for 21-27 hours to obtain first reaction liquid at 78-82 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, adding 13.5-16.5 pts. wt. polyester polyol, stirring, and reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain second reaction liquid; (B) heating at 83-87 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, mixing 1-1.4 pts. wt. hydrophilic monomer and catalyst to second reaction liquid, stirring, reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain third reaction liquid, heating to 58-62 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, adding 0.41-0.51 pt. wt. chain extender and third reaction liquid, mixing, stirring, and reacting for 0.7-1.3 hours to obtain fourth reaction liquid; and (C) cooling reaction liquid to room temperature, and adding proper neutralizing agent.
