▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing titanium carbide-graphene composite material, involves (a) mixing titanium powder, aluminum powder and carbon powder, and performing pressure-less sintering to obtain titanium aluminum carbide powder, (b) etching the titanium aluminum carbide powder to obtain a two-dimensional titanium carbide powder, (c) vacuum-calcining the two-dimensional titanium carbide powder to obtain a graphene-like two-dimensional layered titanium carbide nanosheet, and (d) mixing the nanosheets with graphene, and ball milling to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium carbide-graphene composite material used in lithium ion battery anode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has specific capacity of 0.1 C can reach 1100 mAh/g, capacity retention rate of 1 C can reach 96%, and capacity retention rate of 0.1 C for 500 cycles can reach to 93%.
