NOVELTY - Sealing grease comprises 12-18 pts. wt. base oil, 18-25 pts. wt. enhancer, 25-35 pts. wt. viscosity index improver, 45-55 pts. wt. filler, and 15-20 pts. wt. optimized lubricants. The reinforcing agent comprises 7-12% cotton, 12-20% asbestos, 20-30% bamboo fibers, 15-25% graphene, and 25-35% polypropylene fibers. USE - Sealing grease. ADVANTAGE - The sealing grease has characteristics of good tackiness, low cost, high sealing property, good lubricity, low volatility and high storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing sealing grease, which involves: (A) mixing base oil and filler with stirring uniformly; (B) adding kneader with stirring for 4 hours to achieve a homogeneous mixing state followed by stirring at 70 degrees C for 3 hours; (C) adding reinforcing agent to pulverizer for pulverization with sieve-like reinforcing agent with stirring for 1 hour; and (D) adding viscosity index improver and lubricant with stirring for 30 minutes and 1 hour to get shield seal grease.
