▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene network reinforced polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material comprises graphene, and aminated polyphenylene sulfide, which forms a core-shell structure with graphene through electrostatic adsorption. USE - Graphene network reinforced polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene network reinforced polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material has improved electroconductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical property. The aminated polyphenylene sulfide and graphene oxide generate electrostatic adsorption to form core-shell structure, which improves the dispersion of graphene in the matrix and forms conductive network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene network reinforced polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material, which involves: (S1) adding graphene oxide and aminated polyphenylene sulfide to N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, adding ascorbic acid, continuously stirring at 60-100°C for 6-24 hours, filtering, washing precipitate and drying at 60-80°C for 12-15 hours to obtain graphene/aminated polyphenylene sulfide composite powder; and (S2) hot pressing the graphene/aminated polyphenylene sulfide composite powder.
