USE - Low-cost durable paper runner mold pipe casting. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low cost. The casting has good durability and can be used for more than 10 times, thus greatly improving production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a low-cost durable paper runner mold pipe casing preparation method which comprises processing waste paper and water into waste paper pulp, and adjusting concentration to 3-5 wt.%; mixing waste paper pulp, fire-resistant brick, sodium hexametaphosphate, aluminum slag, causticized white mud residue, and paraffin, and uniformly stirring; putting prepared slurry in forming machine, putting blank into shaping mold, hot pressing and shaping; uniformly mixing graphite, fused magnesia fine powder and rest of sodium hexametaphosphate after dry grinding, sieving by 250 meshes sieve to obtain fire-resistant surface coating, and drying at 1200-1300 degrees C to obtain the product.
