▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A ceramic ware glaze firing method involves applying the base glaze on the surface of the ceramic green body, glaze firing at 1100-1200 degrees C for 120-140 minutes, and then applying the top glaze on the surface of the base glaze, glaze firing at 700-750 degrees C for 50-70 minutes. The underglaze is obtained by mixing and ball milling 100 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 30-35 pts. wt. coal gangue powder, and 20-25 pts. wt. potassium fluoroaluminate. The top glaze is prepared by adding 1 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. gallium nitride powder and 2-3 pts. wt. heat-treated liquid polyacrylonitrile to 5-7 pts. wt. solvent, stir and mix well, and calcinate at 1700-1800 degrees C for 6-8 hours under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain composite graphene. USE - Method for firing glaze on ceramic ware. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, high glaze gloss, good wear resistance and thermal shock resistance, good use experience, and can promote generation of negative ion, and has bacteriostatic and healthcare effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic ware glaze firing method involves applying the base glaze on the surface of the ceramic green body, glaze firing at 1100-1200 degrees C for 120-140 minutes, and then applying the top glaze on the surface of the base glaze, glaze firing at 700-750 degrees C for 50-70 minutes. The composite graphene is modified with polyacrylamide to obtain a modified composite graphene. The 12-14 pts. wt. medical stone powder are modified with gamma -(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane to obtain modified medical stone powder. The modified composite graphene and the modified medical stone powder are subjected to a ring-opening addition reaction to obtain a filler. The filler is mixed with 80-90 pts. wt. silica ball mill to obtain the surface glaze.
