NOVELTY - Multifunctional surface modifying comprises (1) preparing of chitosan functionalized graphene oxide, (2) self-assembly surface modifying of magnesium alloy, (3) fixing the chitosan functionalized graphene oxide on the surface of the magnesium alloy and (4) loading surface of magnesium alloy with a complex of heparin and bone morphogenetic protein 2. USE - The multifunctional surface modifying is useful for synergistically improving corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of magnesium alloys. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves anticoagulant performance, endothelial growth promoting performance and osteogenic performance of the material.
