▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Tire strain monitoring sensor comprises an elastic lower substrate (1) and an elastic upper substrate (2). A sensitive layer (3) embedded between the elastic lower substrate and the elastic upper substrate and respectively connected to a terminal interface (4) at both ends of the sensitive layer. USE - Used as tire strain monitoring sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: solves the problem of low accuracy and range of existing sensor e.g. strain gauge and piezoelectric film in the process of detecting tire strain; improves the accuracy of tire strain measurement and realizes the stretchable deformation of sensor through elastic lower substrate and the elastic upper substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparing tire strain monitoring sensor comprising (a) mixing conductive filler and dispersant evenly and depositing on the film to form a sensitive layer, (b) spreading the elastomer material in the pre-polymer state on the surface of the sensitive layer and performing degassing and heat curing under vaccum condition, (c) peeling off the cured elastomer material to obtain an elastic upper substrate and an elastic lower substrate and transferring the sensitive layer between the elastic upper substrate and the elastic lower substrate, (d) nailing terminal interfaces on both ends of the sensitive layer, so that the terminal interfaces are closely combined with the sensitive layer and (e) curing a layer of the same elastomeric material on the surface of the elastic upper substrate and the elastic lower substrate, so as to obtain a tire strain monitoring sensor.
