NOVELTY - A graphene containing graphene/metal oxide aerogel contains graphene aerogel with net-like structure obtained by using crosslinking agent which is alcohol in which graphite/metal oxide aerogel is dispersed in graphene sheet which is 1 mm-1 m with internal porous structure, greater than or equal to 99% total carbon and oxygen content, and balance hydrogen and other impurities, and graphene/metal oxide aerogel is 1 mm-1 m with internal porous structure of 0.5 nm- 0.5 cm pore size where, graphene/metal oxide aerogel contains 2-98 mass% graphene and 2-98 mass% metal oxide. USE - Graphene aerogel and graphene/metal oxide aerogel for supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel and graphene/metal oxide aerogel is simple, low cost, environment-friendly, non-toxic, suitable for industrialized production, increases metal oxide aerogel capacity, and has rich raw material sources and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene containing graphene/metal oxide aerogel contains graphene aerogel with net-like structure obtained by using crosslinking agent which is alcohol in which graphite/metal oxide aerogel is dispersed in graphene sheet which is 1 mm-1 m with internal porous structure of 0.5 nm- 0.5 cm pore size, greater than or equal to 99% total carbon and oxygen content with 0.1-20 mass% oxygen, and balance hydrogen and other impurities in which specific surface area is 100-2500 m2g-1, and density is 1-1000 mgcm-3, and graphene/metal oxide aerogel is 1 mm-1 m with internal porous structure of 0.5 nm- 0.5 cm pore size in which specific surface is 100-5500 m2g-1 and density is 1-10 gcm-3 where, graphene/metal oxide aerogel contains 2-98 mass% graphene and 2-98 mass% metal oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene aerogel and graphene/metal oxide aerogel which involves preparing graphene aerogel by finely grinding graphite oxide, mixing with deionized water to obtain 0.1-20 mg/ml aqueous graphite oxide solution, adding alcohol in which alcohol is reaction solvent and reactant with mass ratio alcohol:graphite oxide is 1:0.1-10, dispersing mixture by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic oscillation, placing in hydrothermal reaction container with 10-90% liquid volume, heating to 80-300 degrees C, maintaining temperature for 2-72 hours, naturally cooling to obtain graphene solution, subjecting to freeze-drying or supercritical fluid drying to obtain graphene, and heating to 200-1000 degrees C for 1-24 hours under protection of inert gas, and preparing graphene/metal oxide aerogel by finely grinding graphite oxide, mixing with deionized water to obtain 0.1-20 mg/ml aqueous graphite oxide solution, adding alcohol in which alcohol is reaction solvent and reactant with mass ratio alcohol:graphite oxide is 1:0.1-10, dispersing mixture by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic oscillation, adding metal oxide, subjecting to mechanical stirring and ultrasonic oscillation to obtain uniformly mixed solution, adding surfactant with mass ratio surfactant:graphite 0.01-10:1, placing in hydrothermal reaction container, with 10-90% liquid volume, heating to 80-300 degrees C, maintaining temperature for 2-72 hours, naturally cooling to obtain graphene/metal oxide gel solution, subjecting to freeze-drying or supercritical fluid drying, and heating to 200-1000 degrees C for 1-24 hours under protection of inert gas.
